Responsibilities
- Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards in the workplace
- Support accident/incident investigations and prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards
- Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness activities
- Maintain safety records, documentation, and reports
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure safe work practices
- Support emergency response planning and safety drills
- Recommend improvements to enhance workplace safety conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- At lease 1 years of experience in safety or EHS field
- Knowledge of occupational safety laws and regulations
- Basic understanding of risk assessment and hazard control
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English
Preferred Qualifications
- Safety Officer certification or related safety training
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment (internship is acceptable)
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 or other safety management systems
