About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Safety Officer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and improving Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across our warehouse operations. You will act as the key link between the group's safety policies and on-the-ground execution, ensuring full compliance with Thai regulations and company standards while fostering a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy & Compliance:Develop, implement, and improve warehouse safety management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on actual site conditions.
- Performance Monitoring:Master the Group's EHS system procedures and release weekly reports on warehouse EHS operation indicators to promptly identify and alert management to abnormal situations.
- Training & Drills:Conduct monthly special safety training sessions and emergency drills for warehouse suppliers, supervising process quality to ensure effectiveness.
- Site Inspections & Auditing:Perform monthly overall site hazard inspections. Evaluate and assess the operation of EHS indicators and the safety performance of warehouse managers.
- Vendor & Leasing Control:Strictly control EHS admission norms for warehouse leasing and participate in pre-opening safety inspections to ensure compliance. Additionally, participate in downstream supplier bidding by reviewing qualifications and safety management capabilities.
- Safety Culture:Organize and promote EHS cultural activities within the warehouse, including initiatives like Safety Month and Fire Prevention Month.
- Stakeholder Management:Cooperate with the Thai government and upstream business divisions to supervise warehouse safety and ensure full EHS compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education:Associate degree or above; a major in Safety or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience:Prior experience in factory manufacturing or warehouse safety management is preferred.
- Certification:Must possess a valid safety officer certification.
- Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software for data reporting and analysis.
