Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Bangkok. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and implementing safety protocols. Key responsibilities include performing accident investigations, overseeing security measures, conducting safety training sessions, and fostering a culture of safety within the workplace. The Safety Officer will work closely with teams to identify risks and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety standards and Occupational Health practices
• Proven experience in Accident Investigation and implementing preventive measures
• Ability to manage Security procedures and protocols effectively
• Competence in planning and delivering Safety Training programs
• Attention to detail and analytical skills to identify risks and provide solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote safety culture
• Familiarity with local health and safety regulations is highly advantageous
• Certification or degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field is preferred
