Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangkok for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical consultation, presenting products and solutions, and generating sales opportunities. The role involves supporting clients with both technical expertise and customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering effective solutions to meet their business goals. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions effectively.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results while managing multiple priorities.
  • Educational background in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector would be a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Thai is important for efficient communication with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is an asset.
