Job Description:
Sales Planning and Budget Management
- Plan 4W/2W/Power Product parts sales in accordance with the budget schedule by coordinating with Honda's subsidiaries
- Collaborate with accounting and finance to control expenses and profit to meet budget guidelines.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns or launch new products in collaboration with relevant facilitate parts sales.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales and profit performance against plan, and conduct gap analysis to identify improvement areas.
- Act as the central point for sales, profit, and expense management.
Campaign and Product Implementation
- Gather requirements from subsidiary company, dealer feedback, and market surveys.
- Evaluate feasibility of campaigns or new products to ensure alignment with operations and company benefit.
- Manage implementation schedules to ensure timely and smooth execution of campaigns and product launches, including budget preparation.
- Ensure overall operations run smoothly to support parts sales.
Sales Monitoring and Analysis
- Monitor parts sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly against plan.
- Conduct sales and profit gap analysis.
- Perform in-depth analysis of sales and profit by parts category to identify strategic sales opportunities.
- Synchronize gap analysis and corrective measures for the next budget cycle.
Payment and Documentation Control
- Ensure all payment transactions are recorded accurately and timely in line with accounting schedules.
- Guarantee completeness and timely submission of sales statements and VAT reports to accounting and finance.
- Properly store and manage all related documents in accordance with regulations and audit requirements.
- Act as the central contact point for APC payment-related documents for A&F and auditors.
Budget Coordination and Marketing Support
- Budget analysis to establish expense and profit budgets that meet guidelines.
- Work closely with relevant functions to execute marketing activities and/or new product launches effectively.
- Ensure all payment transactions are submitted by responsible persons completely and on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in parts sales, marketing, or business planning — preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of sales planning, budgeting, and profit control processes.
- Experience in campaign management and new product launch coordination.
- Analytical mindset with ability to conduct sales and profit analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Good knowledge of accounting and finance principles related to sales and expense management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in goal setting and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration with subsidiaries and related departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
