Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Representative at one of our sole agent residential projects in Bangkok. The Sales Representative will be responsible for handling client inquiries, conducting property tours, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and negotiating property transactions. Additionally, the role requires managing sales processes, preparing documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of real estate markets, market analysis, and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in marketing, lead generation, and networking
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken)
• Previous experience in real estate or related sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
