Job Description

As a Sales & Account Management Executive/Manager at Nightify, you'll play a key role in acquiring, converting, and retaining venues on our platform. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll source leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships with venue partners.

It's part sales, but also customer success. You'll be the main point of contact for bars and nightclubs using our platform: nurturing relationships, helping them succeed, and keeping them excited to stay with us.

Responsibilities

1. Venue Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential bar and nightclub leads (initially in Bangkok, with potential to expand to other cities and countries in the next 1-3 years).
  • Source and nurture prospective contacts, including venue owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and in-person visits to pitch Nightify's value proposition.
  • Maintain a pipeline of venues and track engagement.

2. Conversion & Sales Strategy

  • Pitch Nightify's platform to venue owners, tailoring offers to their needs (negotiate pricing, free trial periods, and custom deals to maximize conversion rates).
  • Overcome objections and demonstrate the value of Nightify's traffic-driving capabilities.
  • Work closely with the team to refine the sales playbook and optimize pricing strategies.

3. Account Management & Retention

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner venues, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Provide ongoing support and recommendations to help venues maximize their success on Nightify.
  • Analyze venue performance metrics and share insights to increase engagement.
  • Develop retention strategies to encourage venues to become long-term paying customers.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, customer success, business development, or account management (hospitality or nightlife industry a plus).
  • Strong people skills: personable, empathetic, and a clear communicator, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
  • Interested in nightlife, hospitality, and entertainment. You know the scene and can build strong relationships.
  • A creative thinker who is able to develop new strategies to convert and retain clients.
  • Industry connections, personal relationships with venue owners are a plus. If not, know people who know them or how to get to them.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple leads and accounts efficiently and effectively. Can juggle accounts and follow up proactively without being micromanaged.
  • Seniority (Executive vs. Manager) will be determined based on experience, ownership capability, and track record.
