Role Description This full-time remote role of Channel Sales Account Manager focuses on developing and managing relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to drive revenue growth for Agrius IT's TPM and multi-vendor support services. The Channel Sales Account Manager will identify and onboard new channel partners, negotiate commercial terms, and create joint business plans to expand market reach. Day-to-day activities include coordinating sales campaigns, providing enablement materials and training to partners, and collaborating with marketing to support lead generation and co-branded initiatives. The role also involves forecasting partner pipeline, tracking performance against targets, preparing sales reports, and working with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction. The Channel Sales Account Manager will represent Agrius IT in partner meetings and industry events, maintaining a strong understanding of data center infrastructure trends and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong channel and account management skills, including partner onboarding, relationship building, and joint business planning.
- Sales and negotiation skills with experience in solution selling, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B environments.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and Third-Party Maintenance or related support services.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and use CRM tools to manage accounts and track performance.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present value propositions and deliver partner training.
- Self-directed work style suitable for a remote environment, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Prior experience in channel sales, IT services, or data center solutions is highly beneficial.
