How You'll Make a Difference
1) Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the banking, insurance, and financial technology market in Thailand.
- Build strong networks and relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and IT leaders.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, account plans, and go-to-market approaches to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Solutioning, and Product teams to craft winning proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in accordance with company guidelines and profitability goals.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.
2) Account Management & Client Retention
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Understand client business goals, technology roadmaps, and challenges to position relevant Company solutions.
- Collaborate with internal Delivery, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives that add value to the clients business.
- Lead regular account reviews, ensuring SLA adherence and proactively addressing potential issues or escalations.
- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and reports to support management planning and decision-making.
3) Collaboration & Governance
- Partner with regional business teams to align sales and account strategies across markets.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Contribute to business planning and pipeline management discussions with the management team.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the banking, financial services, or IT/FinTech industry.
- Proven track record in selling and managing enterprise software or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of core banking systems, payment platforms, or financial technology solutions.
- Exceptional client relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Strategic and commercial mindset, with strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Strong presentation, analytical, and proposal-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High energy, result-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Thailand and across the region when required.
