Role and Responsibilities
- Achieve business targets by delivering successful sales results.
- Execute and implement sales activities including value selling, product promotion, key account management, complaint resolution, technical issue support, price negotiation, and demand forecast accuracy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for both existing and new products by engaging potential customers at all levels, driving opportunities to rapid success.
- Build long-term, trusted partnerships with key accounts, fostering strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Collaborate closely with regional cross-functional teams and customers to ensure effective communication that supports business growth in Thailand.
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development; experience in the electronics industry, particularly printed circuit boards (PCB) or flexible circuit boards (FPC), is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Arts, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the PCB or FPC industry is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Solid project management skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
