We are currently expanding our client base in Thailand and seeking a Sales Acquisition & Business Development Associate to strengthen our presence in this market.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing sales deals. Your main tasks include identifying target clients, introducing Tezzeract's services, and securing deals to drive growth in the Thai market.

About the Role:

  • Acquire new clients and generate sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with target customers.
  • Present Tezzeract's offerings (Tech, Strategy, Creativity, Data) tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Provide progress updates and sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (especially in digital services, technology, or creative industries is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English (working proficiency+).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, driven by performance and growth.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and flexible environment.
  • Established connections in Thailand.

Compensation:

  • Commission: 15-25% for every closed deal.
  • Higher commission rates available for high-value deals.
