WaangNow is a Bangkok-based lifestyle marketplace built for spontaneous plans. We help people discover beauty & wellness, fitness, activities and experiences that are available at short notice, especially for today or tomorrow, while bringing together curated deals that make spontaneous plans easier to say yes to.

We are still a small team, which means you will work closely with two Cambridge MBA founders and get hands-on exposure to many sides of building and growing a startup from the early stage.

What you will do

• Help plan and run campaigns, promotions and local activations
• Help turn creator campaigns into actual bookings
• Recruit, onboard and manage creators
• Track bookings, conversion and channel performance to understand what works
• Support day-to-day social media and community management
• Research potential provider partners and help build our pipeline as we grow

You do not need previous startup experience.

You should be comfortable working in English, both spoken and written. No English test score or certificate is required.

Compensation

฿12,000/month during the first 3 months of probation

฿15,000/month after probation

Plus a performance bonus of up to ฿10,000 after probation.
