Melingo.com (part of Britannica Education) is a global leader in AI Agent solutions for enterprises. We're expanding across APAC and looking for a high-energy Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive growth through direct enterprise sales and channel partners.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven APAC Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead our growth across the Asia-Pacific region. This role focuses on identifying and acquiring new customers, recruiting and managing distribution partners, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. The ideal candidate will be a proactive business developer with experience in both direct sales and channel management.

What you'll do - Key responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle B2B sales across APAC: prospecting demos negotiation close.
  • Build and execute a strong regional pipeline and hit revenue targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable distribution/strategic partners.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans and grow partner-led revenue.
  • Manage existing partners, train teams, and track performance.
  • Share market insights, forecasts, and results with leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Proven APAC enterprise sales success (SaaS/AI/tech preferred).
  • Experience in both direct sales and distributor/channel models.
  • Strong regional network and deal-making skills.
  • Clear communicator, confident presenter, strong negotiator.
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely across time zones.
  • Fluent English required; Asian languages a plus.
