Job Scope
The Sales & Reservations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day reservation operations while actively supporting sales initiatives to maximise revenue across multiple hospitality properties.
This role combines operational reservation management with proactive sales support. The successful candidate will handle booking enquiries, manage inventory and payments, maintain accurate guest data, and contribute to revenue generation through effective coordination with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
The position plays a key role in ensuring seamless booking processes, strong partner communication, and a professional guest experience from enquiry to confirmation.

Works closely with: Sales, Operations and Marketing Teams
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Support
- Respond promptly to direct booking enquiries and proactively convert leads into confirmed reservations
- Support corporate, B2B, OTA, and travel agent enquiries
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contract documentation
- Identify potential business opportunities through market research and partnership outreach
- Support sales initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive occupancy and revenue
- Monitor competitor rates and market trends to support pricing competitiveness
Reservations & Booking Management
- Handle reservation enquiries via email, and offline channels
- Provide accurate information on availability, rates, packages, and booking terms
- Process and input reservations into the Property Management System (PMS)
- Issue confirmations, invoices, and related correspondence in a timely manner
- Manage room inventory and availability across all distribution channels
- Ensure rate integrity and correct allocation management
Payments & Administration
- Coordinate payment processing in collaboration with the Accounting team
- Monitor outstanding balances, and payment deadlines
- Maintain accurate booking documentation and financial records
- Prepare expected arrival reports and occupancy forecasts for operations
Guest Data & CRM
- Maintain and update guest database and CRM records
- Track guest preferences, booking patterns, and spending behaviour
- Support repeat business and personalised guest communication initiatives
Cross-Team Coordination
- Liaise with operations to ensure booking accuracy and service readiness
- Coordinate with marketing for campaign execution and content alignment
- Support ad-hoc administrative and commercial tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Vocational or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 12 years experience in reservations, sales support, or hotel front office
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Service-minded with a proactive and revenue-focused mindset
Preferred
- Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Experience managing Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) or channel managers
- Background in hospitality sales, resort operations, or travel industry
- Basic understanding of revenue management principles
Salary
25,000 30,000 THB per month (depending on experience)
