Position Description:
The Assistant Sales analysis specialist assists the Sales Director with the operation of the sales area, which includes scheduling manager-level meetings, reviewing weekly reports, and disseminating this information to the sales team, and being available to assist sales executives in boosting sales. Works with Sales& Network General Manager to resolve conflicts and manage team performance. Helps monitor the task and milestone tracking. Assists the Sales Manager with other duties as directed.
Key Responsibilities
- Helping to set sales goals and targets, and monitoring the team's performance to ensure these are met or exceeded.
- Assist to conducting regular sales meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and ongoing projects.
- Preparing sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends, forecast sales, and assess the effectiveness of sales tactics.
- Assisting the General Manager in creating and regularly monitoring the department's operational budget
- Acting as the liaison and partner between customers, sales associates, and leadership teams
- Responsible for sales operation strategy and analyzing materials.
- Participating in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Managing the Director's regular meeting schedule and document preparation
Qualifications
- Fluent in Chinese is required. Fluent in English is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in executive assistant is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above required.
- Proficient in data analysis, strong logical thinking, and able to identify problems from data presentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Quick-thinking skills to use the best judgment in fast-paced environments
- Teamwork skills to collaborate with the functional team
- Strong interpersonal skills to create relationships with both customers and the team
- Naturally driven and motivated by metrics and sales numbers to achieve goals
