We are seeking a Sales and Admissions Coordinator to join our international team. Your responsibilities will include proactively responding to customer inquiries and bookings, managing the booking process as part of the after-sales process, building the company brand and advising potential students on EF programs. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in sales with a steep learning curve!

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and support throughout the booking process.
  • Manage the full after-sales process, ensuring a smooth customer journey and high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across our global network of schools to coordinate services and resolve customer needs.
  • Drive sales by phone and email, engaging with both new prospects and existing customers.
  • Contribute to localized marketing initiatives, including adapting campaigns, translating ads, and coordinating email communications for local markets.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a sales office or customer service environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong business sense and commercial awareness, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
