Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and promoting DPM Enterprise's turnkey interior and fit-out services. Responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting market planning activities, developing and executing sales strategies, and preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. The Sales and Marketing Executive will collaborate with project and design teams to align offerings with market demand, manage lead pipelines, and track sales performance. The role also includes participation in client meetings, industry events, and follow-ups to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential client segments.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Sales to generate leads, convert opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, corporate interiors, construction, or real estate services is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with strong negotiation and presentation abilities, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and travel locally for client visits as required.
