We Are Hiring! Business Development Partner (Thailand)

Industry: Scientific / Laboratory Equipment (B 2 B)

We are MVTEX, a globally expanding Indian manufacturer with 40+ years of heritage in laboratory equipment & glassware for scientific, industrial & healthcare institutions.

We are entering Thailand and looking for a sharp, energetic, and motivated local Business Development Partner to help us introduce our high-quality products to the right distributors.

Your Responsibilities

Phase 1 — Remote & Pre-Travel

You will:

 ✔️ Research top laboratory equipment distributors and trading companies

 ✔️ Call/Email potential decision-makers to present our brand and visit them (if 

necessary)

 ✔️ Arrange confirmed sales meetings (with date, time & contact person)

 ✔️ Provide weekly progress reporting

 ✔️ Coordinate logistics for our visit

You will work closely with our India team — full guidance and pitch training will be provided.

Phase 2 — On-Ground Business Meetings

You will:

 ✔️ Accompany our representative from India for all scheduled meetings

 ✔️ Support with Thailand English communication + negotiation

 ✔️ Represent the brand as the local face of MVTEX

 ✔️ Help finalize deals, pricing discussions & follow-ups

Your success here can convert into a long-term engagement.

Who We're Looking For

 Based in Thailand & willing to travel nationwide

 Fluent in Local Language + English

 Experience in sales / business development (preferred)

 Confident communicator with convincing personality

 Professional work attitude & reliability

 Comfortable working alongside a male/female colleague from India

Payment & Incentives (Clear + Fair)

We believe in rewarding results, not empty promises.

 Our payment structure ensures both sides are protected:

Phase 1 – Securing Confirmed Meetings

 You are paid per confirmed meeting (Example: 20-30 USD per confirmed

 meeting)

 Payment released in your bank account every 5 confirmed meetings

 Minimum goal: 20 confirmed meetings across key cities

Phase 2 – Travel + Meeting Support

 Daily allowance in cash during travel for:

 ✓ Local travel

 Bonus incentives for successful distributor onboarding

No target achievement = no loss for you

 Higher performance = higher earnings
