Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
Reach out to prospective clients and introduce HRJee's HRMS solutions.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Business Development team.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel with accurate information.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to support the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve lead generation and business targets.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Learn about HRMS products and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
Assist in other pre-sales and business development activities as assigned.
