Position Summary
We are seeking aSales and Marketing Managerto drive business growth and strengthen ZSISKAs global footprint. This role will be responsible for overseeing sales operations and marketing initiatives, working closely with distributors, agents, and internal teams to achieve revenue targets and expand brand visibility across key markets. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial skills with a creative marketing mindset, ensuring ZSISKA maintains competitiveness in a rapidly evolving fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day and expand relationships with distributors, agents, and key retail partners in North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets and open new routes to market.
- Lead marketing activities for traditional wholesale channels and web shop. Analyze results to measure effectiveness and improve future efforts.
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media, e-commerce platforms, and digital advertising, ensuring alignment with brand image.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
- Report regularly on sales performance, budgets, and market opportunities to senior management.
- Represent ZSISKA at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and secure new business.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international B2B and B2C sales and marketing, ideally within fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor/agent networks.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent command of the English language. Other languages are considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Willingness to relocate to Cha-am (Hua Hin).

- Open to expatriate candidates; full support for visa and work permit arrangements will be provided.
Compensation
- Competitive salary range of 50,000 70,000 THB per month.
- Additional incentive opportunities may be offered to candidates who exceed role requirements or demonstrate outstanding qualifications.
