Position: Sales & Marketing (Salmon Business)
Level: Section Manager

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage operations within the assigned subfunction, and supervise team performance to ensure alignment with operational plans and achievement of set targets.
- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned subfunctions.
- Provide guidance, feedback, constructive recommendations, and onthejob coaching to team members to enhance performance.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively within the team to ensure assigned tasks are completed successfully.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to achieve business objectives.
- Drive, control, monitor, and ensure compliance with relevant management systems and organizational requirements.
- Perform duties as a Safety Officer (Supervisor Level) and comply with occupational health, safety, and related legal requirements.
- Oversee inventory levels, participate in pricing strategy, and propose appropriate selling prices aligned with production costs and actual yield.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports related to products; coordinate and exchange market information with internal teams, producers, and competitors to support sales and marketing planning. Provide insights and set sales targets on an annual basis and through quarterly reviews.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers, including preparing and presenting pricing proposals to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage postsales coordination with the production team, ensuring manufacturing processes align with customer requirements and agreed plans.
- Provide sales support services, monitor product delivery to ensure ontime fulfillment, handle customer complaints, analyze root causes, and propose preventive and corrective actions effectively.
- Collect market data, study and monitor opportunities for new market expansion, and identify new products to enhance sales potential and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in sales and/or marketing; experience in the food industry is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good organizational and timemanagement skills; ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with Japanese clients or international customers.
- Flexible to work both in an office environment and within production facilities.
- Detailoriented with a strong focus on work quality.
- Highly motivated, goaloriented, and able to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Japanese language proficiency is an advantage (not mandatory).
