Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrative Officer to support our sales and project management operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales documents, maintaining customer portals, and assisting in activities related to customer visits and project samples.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.
  • Support the PjM team with sample coordination, preparation for customer visits, and other related tasks.

Sales Transaction Processing

  • Process sales-related transactions including new price requests, credit notes, and debit notes.
  • Coordinate closely with the SCC department to ensure accuracy and timely entry of information into the system.

Customer Portal & Pricing Management

  • Maintain and update selling prices in customers online portals, specifically for Toyota and Honda accounts.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance with customer requirements, and timely updates.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Additional Preference

  • Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field will be given priority.
