Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Joint responsible with store manager to uphold daily operational issue
Daily coaching in/ out of subordinates
Sales target planning (Daily planning)
Achieving daily/monthly store target
Leadership and delegating ability Training of SA/ SSA (one- to-one training/products knowledge)
Using coaching cards to provide training
Providing relevant feedback in products/ promotions/ staffs development and retention
Transferring knowledge in Sales approach/ customer service - Upholding Stay GOLD approach
Complex cashiering role voiding/ exchanging etc.
Stock requisition from merchandiser
VP judgments/ decision making
Managing customer's feedback and providing advice

Qualification

Male/Female Thai nationality age between 20 - 35 years old
Vocational Certificate or more
Three years experience in the fashion, retail business or any business field
Good computer skill about MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook, Internet)
English and Chinese proficiency in business level
Able to work at shop in department store
Good relationship, service mind and good problem solving
Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills
Energetic, self motivated, well-organized, and good discipline
