We're hiring: Sales Associate (SA)

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional, world-class service experience to luxury clientele through personalized consultation, styling expertise, and relationship-driven selling.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships by leveraging CRM tools, clienteling strategies, and proactive follow-ups to drive repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to overall store KPIs including conversion rate, ATV (Average Transaction Value), and UPT (Units per Transaction).
  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and accurate merchandise handling to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines to ensure premium presentation and consistent brand storytelling.
  • Actively participate in campaign launches, in-store activations, and promotional initiatives to maximize customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and proactively suggest improvement ideas to enhance commercial results and customer experience.
  • Support Store Manager in floor supervision, daily briefings, and mentoring junior team members when required.
  • Maintain the highest standards of grooming, professionalism, and store presentation in accordance with luxury retail expectations.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and brand heritage understanding to consistently deliver elevated brand storytelling.
  • Develop operational and leadership capabilities with the objective of progressing toward Senior Sales or Store Management roles.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury or premium retail environment, preferably within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or beauty categories.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality client engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Passionate about luxury retail, brand excellence, and delivering superior customer experience.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong ownership mindset and readiness to take on leadership responsibilities.
  • Proficient in POS systems and retail operations; familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Thai; English or Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage, particularly in high-tourism locations
