Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in the commercial building sector, including airports, education institutions, hotels, and medical facilities.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers such as facility managers, consultants, procurement teams, and project owners.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, sustainability initiatives, and competitive dynamics.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes including solution presentations, proposals, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical support, operations, and customer service to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting for leadership visibility.
  • Represent the company at industry events, architecture/construction exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Monitor ongoing customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for crossselling or upselling.
  • Work with consultants and project stakeholders to position company solutions in early project stages.

The Successful Applicant


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within commercial buildings, facilities management, infrastructure solutions, or related industries.
  • Strong network or previous experience working with airport authorities, hotels, hospitals, or educational institutions is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to manage complex, longcycle sales.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and comfortable working independently.
