Sales Business Development Manager - 4 HQs (Urgent)

Location: Bangkok, THAILAND

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth by identifying new market opportunities and building long-term strategic partnerships.

As a Sales BDM, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new retail and institutional clients and expanding our network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Affiliates. You will act as the face of the firm, nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, money managers, and strategic partners while promoting our advanced trading tools and competitive trading conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and Regional Partners to expand the company's global footprint.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of active traders and partners, ensuring high levels of retention and lifetime value through exceptional service and support.
  • Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities in target regions (e.g., SE Asia, LATAM, or MENA).
  • Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our trading ecosystem, including MT4/MT5 platforms, proprietary mobile app, copy-trading features, and AI-driven market insights.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans to meet and exceed KPIs related to deposit volumes, active accounts, and partner growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to provide feedback on local market needs and assist in localized promotional campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all business development activities adhere to global financial regulations and internal KYC/AML standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 35 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development within the CFD brokerage industry.
  • Network: An existing network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, or professional traders is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and the mechanics of IB/Affiliate commission structures.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain complex financial products in a simple, persuasive manner.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese) is a significant advantage.
  • Drive: A self-starter mindset with a hunter mentality and a passion for the fintech space.
