About the Role
We operate two established experiential studios - one culinary, one creative - with proven demand and an existing sales team. We're looking for a commercial leader to take ownership of the bigger picture: sharpening the sales team's performance, expanding our reach and partnerships, and converting strategy into measurable, executed growth.
This is a leadership role, not an individual-contributor sales position. You'll own the number and deliver it through the team, stepping in personally only when it counts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Own revenue targets and drive delivery through the sales team
- Design sales strategy, targets, incentive structures, cadence and reporting
- Restructure and coach the existing team to a consistently higher standard of performance
- Step in to close deals personally where it matters
Business Development & Brand Building
- Build a pipeline of corporate, trade and partner opportunities across both studios
- Develop programmes, events and activations that reach new audiences
- Translate campaigns and launches into measurable revenue growth
- Shape how the studios are positioned and perceived in the market
Team & Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead, coach and restructure the sales team
- Partner closely with marketing, operations and fulfilment to deliver a seamless customer journey
- Set the standard for consultative, knowledgeable service across the team
- Turn strategic plans into executed outcomes, with reporting leadership can rely on
What Success Looks Like
- A structured, motivated sales team consistently hitting targets
- Growing revenue across channels, backed by a reliable partner and corporate pipeline
- Measurable growth in reach, reputation and repeat business
- Plans that translate into execution, with trustworthy reporting

- Strong strategic and operational execution skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management across departments
- Sound commercial judgement with strong follow-through
Nice-to-Have
- Background in consumer, F&B, FMCG, hospitality or retail
- Genuine interest in food, design or craft
- Familiarity with CRM and point-of-sale systems
Work Arrangement
Fast-paced, collaborative environment with direct ownership of commercial strategy and cross-functional visibility. Occasional evenings/weekends required for events and client appointments.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives
- Genuine ownership of commercial direction and strategic input
- A creative, entrepreneurial environment working alongside makers and designers
