Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and positioning the company'sHR SaaS, Payroll Solutions, and HR Tech servicesas the optimal solution.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Proactively source potential clients throughcold calling, networking, referrals, and market researchto expand the customer base.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong,long-term client relationshipsby providing professional guidance and continuous support.
  • Sales Presentation & Negotiation:Deliver compellingsales pitches, solution explanations, and product demonstrations, addressing client pain points and articulating the value of the company's solutions.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Management:Develop and managea structured sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth and achieving/exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Proposal & Contract Management:Lead the end-to-end sales process, includingproposal development, business negotiation, bidding, and contract signing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely withpre-sales consultants, customer service teams, and implementation specialiststo ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting & CRM Utilization:UtilizeERP/HubSpot (or other CRM tools)to maintain accurate sales data, track progress, and generate sales reports.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and executepersonal sales strategiesaligned with company goals to achievemonthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higherin Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track recordinB2B Sales and Business Development, preferably inHR Tech, HRMS/HRIS, Payroll Solutions, or related HR services.
  • Strong sales acumenwith a deep understanding of consultative selling, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skillsin bothThai & English(proficiency in another Asian language is a plus).
  • Relationship-building expertisewith a customer-first mindset and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented & resilientwith the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Team player mindsetwith a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration.
