Sales Capability Trainer(Officer / Senior Officer)

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Capability Development
- Design and develop training programs tailored for Direct Sales teams.
- Customize learning content based on performance gaps, market challenges, and leadership needs.
- Align training initiatives with organizational strategy and sales direction.
- Training Facilitation & Coaching
- Facilitate classroom training, workshops, and simulations (offline & online)
- Deliver onboarding programs for new hires and capability development for leaders.
- Provide post-training coaching and ongoing mentoring support.
- Field Support & On-the-Job Development
- Conduct regular field visits to observe, coach, and provide real-time feedback.
- Partner with Sales and SOA teams to support campaign execution and performance improvement.
- Collect frontline insights and translate them into actionable development plans
- Training Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate pre- and post-training assessments and behavioral change.
- Analyze training impact using sales KPIs (e.g. Productivity, Conversion Rate, HP Active)
- Collaborate with Data and Sales Organization Acceleration team to link training outcomes with business performance.
- Digital Learning & Content Development
- Create digital learning materials such as slides, quick guides, and video clips.
- Utilize tools such as Canva, Loom, Google Slides, and related platforms.
- Contribute to building a digital learning ecosystem and internal knowledge base.
- Campaign & KPI Communication
- Act as a training communication partner for KPIs, campaign launches, and policy updates
- Translate complex messages into clear, teachable content for field teams.
- Ensure consistent understanding and execution across sales channels.
- Collaboration & Special Projects
- Work closely with Sales Organization Acceleration Team, Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams to align capability initiatives.
- Participate in sales transformation projects and strategic rollouts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales training, coaching, or leading sales teams
- Experience in Direct Sales, B2C, or subscription-based business models is a plus.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and Google Workspace
- Able to analyze performance data and translate insights into effective training solutions
- Willing to travel upcountry regularly (field exposure up to 30%)
