Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • To Develop and Manage Training session for Partnership Distribution (Bank & Non Bank) of Unit Linked, Credit Life and All products
  • To Create and Control on Training Materials and Contents
  • Execute strategic initiatives & drive momentum of Sale Performance

Responsibilities:

Perform of Sale Development and Coaching for internal Insurance Specialist (IS)

  • Lead and develop all product knowledge to IS
  • Lead and develop knowledge for need base financial advising to IS
  • Evaluate and assess IS skills in training and in field performance
  • Support sales team to close big case business as needed
  • Process for all license training to support Partner or Broker License

Perform of Sale Development and Coaching for Bank staff: RM & Branch Wealth Officer (BWO) & All sellers

  • Conduct classroom seminars to educate bank staff on insurance needs and Unit Linked product knowledge
  • Conduct coaching of Unit Linked Product or other sales process and AIA sale tool
  • Conduct sale activity with bank staff to ensure sale process is in line with market conduct practice
  • Provide strategy on how to lead mining and create the correct sale propositions to meet customer's needs

Perform Sale Development and Coaching for all partners

  • Set up training module or contents and conduct training for all Bancassurance business related
  • Coordinate and update for all license to AIA system supporting Partner or Broker License
  • Provide Product knowledge of ordinary life, Unit Linked and others products training course for both Banca team and partners session.
  • Provide Regulator training to comply with Market Conduct and OIC announcement

Execute strategic initiatives & drive momentum on Unit Linked Business and enhancement of seller, partner and customer experience including marketing events for sales channels and customers, to achieve targets in ANP, case count, producer count and other KPIs determined from time to time

  • Manage & Plan overall Sales Coach resource allocation
  • Team Development and Sales Coach training
  • Develop training roadmap and work with relevant bank's stakeholder to ensure training happen in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • University graduate in related field with at least 5 years experience in Training as trainer, Seller for Unit Linked Product and OL
  • Mature, well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • IC License is preferred, AFPT or CFP would be plus
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Skillful in using Microsoft Office Applications e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Exchange
