Job Summary:
A Sales Consultant at Arena & NEXA is responsible for assisting customers in purchasing new vehicles by understanding their needs, providing product information, conducting test drives, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain the features, specifications, and benefits of Arena and NEXA vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist customers with financing, insurance, exchange, and vehicle registration processes.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate within company guidelines.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up after delivery for feedback and referrals.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, competitors, and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Valid driving license (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
