Job Description

Crown Worldwide Group is the largest privately-held group of companies in the world, providing a full range of international relocation services. We are also become a market leader in business records management and provide specialized warehouse and logistics services.

We are looking for the qualified candidates for fulltime/permanent Sales Consultant as its details following;

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for following up on sales leads.
  • Establish the best service package for each customer, through assesses customer needs
  • Recommends appropriate services or solutions; whilst negotiating and promoting other Crown Products and services.
  • Work closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to servicing the customer's needs and meeting all commitments made.

Sales Team Support

Shares information with manager and team, works as part of a team, works with other departments, follows company policies and values, balances short and long-term goals.

Presentation Skills

Comfortable with an audience, delivers presentations both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills

Quality & Process

Improvement Is attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence, is continuously looking for ways to improve, monitors quality levels, finds root causes of quality problems, takes responsibility for and deals with quality issues. Strives for high quality performance in self and in the team; delivers timely and accurate results; resilient when responding to situations that are not going well. Sales Organisation

Submits accurate and timely sales reports, maintains account records, uses samples/literature efficiently, maintains company equipment, uses consultants efficiently, makes the most of sales promotions and incentive programmes.

Sales Skills

Develops new business, identifies, and sells to customer needs, translates product features into customer benefits, has good listening skills, is sensitive to customers, delivers effective presentations, negotiates well, uses closing skills appropriately, develops sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Masters in related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in managing corporate accounts.
  • Good command of spoken, written English and computer literacy
  • Good attitude, service-minded, and team-oriented
  • Able to multi-task, excellent problem-solving skill, and able to expedite conflict management
  • Having own car is an advantage.
