About the client

Our client is a leading luxury bag spa in Thailand.


Objectiv

eTo design and execute a sales and commercial strategy to increase monthly revenue (excluding e-commerce channel), through improved sales capability, execution discipline, and focused commercial initiatives while maintaining the existing margin and pricing structure. Any adjustments to pricing structure may be mutually agreed upon in Phase 2
