Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will act as the face of Anytime Fitness.
  • You are expected to be enthusiastic, professional, and reliable all the time.
  • Your multiple responsibilities revolve around the promotion of the gym membership and personal training, leads generation and management through company mandated systems.
  • You are constantly expected to engage with members always in order to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • You should be conversant with various social media networks, with the ability to advertise, network, and communicate effectively.
  • You will be primarily responsible for the membership growth of your club through acquiring New Joining Members (NJMs) and should allocate time to consistently improve the other aspects of role. Through attending all learning & development initiatives of the company and continuously innovate to effectively source better leads and improve closing sales.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Results focused
  • Excellent communication skills; energetic, enthusiastic, and inspirational.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be an enthusiastic learner
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and CRM software
