Responsible for providing professional sales consultation to customers, delivering excellent service experience, and achieving assigned sales targets through both on-site and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales consultation and product presentation to customers in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Actively generate sales leads through online social media platforms such as Facebook, LINE, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create and post sales-related content on social media at least once per week
- Conduct product demonstrations and simulate sales presentations effectively
- Negotiate with customers and close sales successfully according to assigned targets
- Record and report sales performance, customer feedback, and satisfaction scores
- Support off-site sales activities, events, roadshows, and customer visits as assigned
- Be flexible to work at different locations and travel for work when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Good command of Thai and English communication skills (TOEIC score of at least 650)
- At least 1 year of experience in managing online social media platforms (Facebook, LINE, Instagram, TikTok)
- Strong service mind and passion for sales
- Able to demonstrate customer satisfaction performance
- Proven negotiation and sales closing skills
- Able to present sales closing ratio versus number of sales proposals
- Valid driver's license with ability to drive a car
- Willingness to work off-site and relocate work location when required
