Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Baan Thai Immigration Solutions is a growing law firm in Thailand specializing in immigration services; we are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and eager to take initiative. Youll handle inquiries from international clientele through email, phone, and instant messaging channels, providing helpful information, pre-qualifying prospects, and guiding them toward consultations with our Thai and US legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and instant messaging.
• Reference our knowledge base in order to provide basic pre-qualification of prospects, assessing the client needs and suitability for our services.
• Guide potential clients to book consultations with the legal team.
• Maintain accurate client records and interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth client handover.
• Take initiative in following up with prospects and ensuring no client inquiry goes unanswered.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is critical to this role.
• Thai language competency is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales or client service, ideally within a professional services environment (law, accounting, finance, consulting, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results.

Qualifications

• No prior legal experience required full training provided.
• Proficient with computers, technology, and online communication tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and reference internal knowledge bases to support client conversations.
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
