Job Description

Position Summary & Scope

This position is a collaborative one. The key KPI of the role is to partner with the Ad Sales team (Growth & Monetization) across brands (Vogue, AD, CNT & GQ). On a day today basis this role is responsible for coordinating, tracking revenue targets of the internal Growth and Monetization Team

Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)

A: Data Analysis:

  1. Forecast updated: Ensuring that forecast inputs are requested and updated daily from the team, working on Annual forecast and Tracking across Print. Digital, Events, Exhibitions & Social Media
  2. Tracking the net revenue targets month on month
  3. Competitor advertisers tracking process (Monthly): Understanding competitor's client set for the specific category and developing a strategy for acquiring business from those clients.

B. Sales Proposals and Decks

  1. Customized decks: As every client has a different need to be associated with Vogue, CNT GQ & AD each presentation and offering must be customized.
  2. QRM Decks- Design an effective template, conduct necessary research and analysis for review of each category for the quarterly review or annual sales planning meeting
  3. Assist and Communicate with the sales teams- Ad sales proposals, Ad Placements and Delivery requests via Client Communication Decks, Templates: Print + Digital + Events + Exhibitions + Social Media.

C. Status Updates and Execution | Project Management

  1. Requesting and collating missing RO reports, bills receivable and invoices in coordination with the finance and the sales team, inculcating the same into the budget records for revenue tracking, mapping and forecasting
  2. Collating and Presenting weekly, monthly and yearly analysis and performance summaries for Yield, Net Revenue Targets with Stakeholders supported by mapping with Sales Teams for the Sales Planning Meetings
  3. Managing end-to-end onboarding of the Clients and assisting in completing the vendor registration and follow-up on ROs4. Responsible for understanding client briefs, partnering with internal teams, ensuring all deliverables are fulfilled as per committed milestones
  4. Responsible for Project Management of all media campaigns across Vogue, GQ, CNT AD
  5. Client Interfacing - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and high-quality delivery of projects/campaigns.
  6. Communicate to the rest of the business and clients the status of all projects when required.
