We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules and deadlines
  • Coordinate sales activities and follow up on leads
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations
  • Provide customer support and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage communication between the sales team and clients
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Organize and participate in sales meetings and events

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1-8 years of experience in sales coordination or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
