Job Description

Our team is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join HRS. You will be supporting the office operations and our sales team in the day-to-day operational duties.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end Sales Administration Support which includes generating quotations, commercial proposals/contracts, and invoices.
  • Updating the status of contract information in the In-House Resource Management System
  • Coordination of work with other Departments on a need basis
  • Coordination with Customers on quotations, contracts, and invoices on a need basis.
  • To provide office administration support and help with marketing events
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as per HQ requirement

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or relevant
  • Experience in office administration or sales administration
  • Willingness on-site work, due to the work nature of the role, candidate is required to perform the work onsite
