Our team is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join HRS. You will be supporting the office operations and our sales team in the day-to-day operational duties.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end Sales Administration Support which includes generating quotations, commercial proposals/contracts, and invoices.
- Updating the status of contract information in the In-House Resource Management System
- Coordination of work with other Departments on a need basis
- Coordination with Customers on quotations, contracts, and invoices on a need basis.
- To provide office administration support and help with marketing events
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as per HQ requirement
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or relevant
- Experience in office administration or sales administration
- Willingness on-site work, due to the work nature of the role, candidate is required to perform the work onsite
