Prepare and maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized documentation related to operations and equipment rental activities, as well as prepare and update warehouse agreements to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate and follow up with business partners and service providers, including warehouses, logistics companies, and suppliers, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Conduct inventory counts of rental equipment at least twice a year and verify and reconcile actual stock with the company's inventory records and system.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for rental operations and warehouse management to ensure standardized and consistent work practices.
Monitor and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring the warehouse is well-organized and that all activities comply with the company's standards, policies, and operational requirements.
Review and prepare reports of damaged rental equipment, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes and ensure accurate data corrections.
Coordinate procurement and sourcing of rental equipment to maintain adequate inventory levels and meet customer demand and operational requirements.
Control warehouse-related costs, review operating expenses, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
Coordinate with logistics providers and relevant stakeholders on the import and export of rental equipment to ensure timely and compliant international shipments.
Prepare and analyze operational reports, including pallet movements, rental inventory balances, returned equipment, damaged items, and other relevant data, to support management reporting and decision-making.
Maintain and update data in Microsoft Excel and the company's system to ensure accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date information.
Verify data accuracy and identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies to ensure reliable data for operational activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Operations, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Control, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, or other related fields.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including warehouses, logistics providers, suppliers, and business partners.
Understanding of inventory control, stock counting and reconciliation, asset management, and warehouse operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data management, sorting and filtering, PivotTables, and basic formulas such as SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
Able to communicate in both Thai and English for business communication.
Able to travel to warehouses and various operational sites for inspections or work assignments as required.
