Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quotation Management: Prepare, update, and distribute quotations, including responding to rate requests from the internal network.
  • Sales Support: Enhance the productivity of Sales Representatives by coordinating customer appointments and ensuring they have access to high-quality, current support materials.
  • Communication: Manage urgent communications, including calls and emails, and address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive initial experience.
  • Customer Updates: Keep customers informed about important changes, such as rate adjustments, scheduling updates, and new shipping methods.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfactory outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in Sales support or Sales operations role
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Equipped with current knowledge of shipping industry trends and regulation
