Overview
Grow volume and revenue to achieve to AOP target by implementing Go-to-Market and Trade Marketing plans in the region to drive business effectiveness as per company guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Implement Go-to-Market projects and trade marketing to achieve sales KPIs with the identified gap closing
- Identify business opportunities by leveraging internal data and frontline insights
- Work with Go-to-Market, Trade Marketing, Front line sales, and sales capabilities to drive key business objectives i.e. route expansion, effective trade programs
- Plan and deliver transformational projects/initiatives which directly impact the top line and make the cost to serve better
- Identify business requirements with Go-to-Market strategy and Trade Marketing Strategy in a detailed execution plan to drive the implementation in alignment with the Regional Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 years of work experience in Sales TT and, experience in working with distributors are required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to communication in Thai and English
- Strong team building and coaching
- Result oriented
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Lead and manage change
- Basic Compute skills i.e. MS office
- Advance in Microsoft Excel, Power BI etc.
- Mobility to work in upcountry
