Love starting conversations and turning them into customers Were hiring an SDR to lead outbound outreach, light campaign prep, client screening, and coordination. (Also known as:BDR / Lead Generation Specialist / Sales & Marketing Coordinator / Appointment Setter). Youll research ICPs, personalize cold emails/LinkedIn, run sequences, book qualified meetings, and help spin up scrappy campaigns.
What youll doOutreach & Lead Gen (primary):
- Research and build ICP lead lists; personalize cold emails/LinkedIn messages.
- Run sequences, follow up, and book qualified meetings for the team.
- Track and improve reply rates, meetings booked, and conversion to opportunities.
Marketing Campaigns (support):
- Draft campaign briefs, angles, and hooks for email/LinkedIn/LINE/landing pages.
- Coordinate assets with design; schedule posts; set up simple A/B tests.
- Keep CRM, lists, and dashboards tidy and up to date.
Client Screening & Coordination:
- Pre-qualify inbound leads (quick calls, forms, chat).
- Hand off cleanly to sales/ops, manage calendars, and confirm next steps.
What success looks like (KPIs)- XY qualified meetings/month
- Reply rate and booked-meeting rate trending up month over month
- Fast lead response time & spotless CRM hygiene
Youll be great at this if you- Enjoy talking to people and writing crisp outreach copy (Thai & English).
- Have 13 years in SDR/BDR, growth, performance marketing, or client coordination.
- Are comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Canva.
- Are organized, coachable, and biased to action.
Nice to have: ChatGPT/Gemini or experience using AI tools, B2B services or SaaS experience, basic analytics, and landing-page/No-Code chops.
