The SDR team at Freedom World is responsible for top-of-funnel pipeline creation, driving the first touch, qualifying potential merchants, and booking high-quality meetings for the AE team.
You'll identify prospects, conduct friendly outreach (calls, LINE, social), run short qualification conversations, and hand over warm, ready-to-meet leads to Account Executives (AE).
You will help prospects understand the basics of our payments-led, loyalty-first ecosystemincluding wallet missions, FDS rewards, QR/card usage, and simple Web3 perksusing plain, everyday language.
Your success enables the AE team to close more deals and ultimately helps Freedom World scale merchant adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Work from target lists built around Freedom World's priority verticals (SMEs, cafs, restaurants, QSR, local merchants, community groups).
- Conduct friendly outreach via calls, LINE, Facebook/IG Page, email, and LinkedIn.
- Research prospects lightly to personalize outreach and identify potential fit.
- Attend relevant market events with AE to generate leads and enter them into the CRM.
Qualification & Meeting Booking
- Run short qualification calls covering:
- Payments setup, repeat rate, customer engagement, loyalty needs, and owner goals.
- Clearly confirm the AE-ready criteria and book a meeting with a confirmed time/date.
- Ensure smooth handover with notes, qualification summary, and next steps.
Top-of-Funnel Support
- Support AEs by preparing lead briefs before meetings.
- Follow up with unresponsive leads to maintain pipeline momentum.
- Recycle, nurture, or disqualify leads according to criteria.
Events & Field Work
- Join trade shows, small business meetups, and local activations.
- Help collect leads, answer simple questions, and support AE/BDM in field activities.
CRM, Reporting & Feedback
- Maintain clean CRM data: lead status, next actions, and complete notes.
- Provide a weekly pipeline activity report and meeting commitment.
- Share merchant objections and insights to improve scripts and playbooks.
- Collaborate with AE + BDM teams to refine vertical messaging and qualification logic.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 02 years of experience in SDR/BDR/telesales or a motivated new graduate eager to learn.
- Comfortable making daily outbound calls/messages and speaking with store owners, managers, and frontline decision-makers.
- Nice to have: exposure to Thai QR payments, POS, CRM/loyalty, or curiosity in Web3/NFT.
- Strong organization, positivity, and coachability.
- Thai fluency; Business English preferred.
- Occasional field travel to merchant locations.
