Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to expand telematics footprints across Thailand as an individual contributor on our sales team. Youll prospect, qualify, and open doors with system integrators and end customers in logistics, agriculture, car-sharing, construction, and related sectorssetting up meetings and building a healthy pipeline for our GPS tracking and telematics solutions.

Teltonikas telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in such spheres as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive sales in new markets within Thailand by conducting market analysis, targeting System Integration companies, and identifying key stakeholders who can benefit from Teltonikas cutting-edge telematics solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and leveraging professional networks to establish strong relationships and grow the business.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers in Thailand through regular communication, presentations, and client visits.
  • Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to meet assigned sales goals for Thailand telematics market.

What we expect of you:

  • 13 years in B2B sales or as SDR/BDR, (telematics/IoT/logistics/OEM or system integrator exposure is a plus, not a must).
  • Fluent Thai and good English (spoken & written) for client communication and internal collaboration.
  • Comfort with cold outreach and objection handling; energetic, curious, and target-driven.
  • CRM savvy (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot): accurate data entry, task management, and basic forecasting.
  • Ownership mindset: organized, proactive, and eager to learn; able to travel for client meetings when needed.
