We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive core business growth strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in IT, Cloud, or SaaS sales, strong leadership skills, and experience managing large-scale projects. This role requires a self-motivated, results-oriented leader who can effectively guide the team and perform well under high pressure.
Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Lead the sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Building: Build and manage the sales team, including hiring and performance reviews, to create a high-performance culture.
- Key Accounts & Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with top industry clients to increase market share.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from finding leads and making proposals to negotiating and signing contracts.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with technical and delivery teams to meet customer needs and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Create accurate sales forecasts and report regularly to management about sales progress and the pipeline status.
- Market Insight: Analyze industry trends and competitors to provide suggestions for product development and business strategy.
Qualifications
- Industry Background: At least 5 years of professional sales experience in IT, Cloud, or SaaS products.
- Leadership: At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team of 5 or more people.
- Project Experience: Experience managing large projects with a contract value of at least $2 millionUSD.
- Communication: Excellent skills to communicate and negotiate with C-level executives.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI technology or SaaS applications is a plus.
- Network: Having client resources in privatesector, such as retail, telecom, or finance is an advantage.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Thai (speaking, reading, and writing at a business level).
- Education: At least bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
