Job Description

Lead Sales Growth Across APAC – Director, Automation Sales

Join us and lead high-impact sales across Asia Pacific in the pulp & paper industry. You will drive profitable growth by translating strategy into action, leading a high-performing sales team, and closing major automation deals. You will shape customer partnerships, influence market expansion, and position advanced automation solutions at the forefront of the industry. This is your opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a measurable business impact across a dynamic region.

Your responsibilities

  • You will lead and develop the APAC automation sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • You will drive sales of automation systems (DCS, QCS, analyzers) including new investments, upgrades, and rebuilds.
  • You will build and strengthen relationships with key customers, aligning solutions with their business goals.
  • You will develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to improve performance.
  • You will collaborate with internal experts and regional teams to deliver customer success.

Expectations for you

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree.
  • You bring 15+ years of experience in the pulp and paper industry.
  • You have proven success leading sales teams and achieving targets.
  • You have strong commercial understanding and contract negotiation experience.
  • You have advanced English proficiency.

Travel is required across the APAC region.
