Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, for a Sales Director at MGC-Asia. The Sales Director will lead and oversee the sales team of our EV Business to achieve revenue goals, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage daily sales operations. Responsibilities include identifying business growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to optimize performance. The Sales Director will also be responsible for mentoring the sales team, setting performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including developing strategies to meet targets and analyzing sales metrics
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Experience in Team Management, including leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to achieve high performance
  • Proficiency in Business Development, such as identifying market opportunities and driving new initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a must
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai languages is highly desirable
