Sor Khonkaen Foods PCL is seeking Sales Director to lead our sales teams across Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-commerce channels. This role is critical in driving sales growth for our fresh, dry, and frozen food products, crafting strategic plans, and guiding a high-performing team towards achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-commerce channels.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales operations, including budget management, sales performance tracking, and approval of sales plans and contracts.
- Market and Customer Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management, including revenue forecasts and budget performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field; masters preferred.
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in managing sales for food products across various channels.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
