The Role
Sales Engineer will seek new client, new market, new opportunity to increase sales of Conveyor, Transmission Belts, Accessories and Engineering Belts. Maintain and expand current businesses from existing accounts. Collaborate with all cross-functional teams to deliver results. This position shall own and deliver annual sales budget with customer centricity.
Individual Accountabilities
- Handle sales targets of assigned accounts.
- Manage key account and sales development of End Users, OEMs and Distributors.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Using Salesforce as a sales tool to update all sales activities.
- Support customers on applications and specific technical knowledge and guidance about products.
- Support customers on their quality feedback.
- Discover new product development opportunities and provide inputs to develop business case.
- Conduct market and customers mapping.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any related field (Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering is preferred)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in selling technical products or services to industry segments. (Experience related with Conveyor system and Power Transmission is a strong advantage)
- Proven track record of applicable industry knowledge and sales achievement.
- Key account management experience would be advantage.
- Good command of English and Thai.
- Demonstrating high integrity, trust and transparency whilst performing all actions.
- Excellent external and internal customer centricity providing them with the best possible solutions.
- Able to work under pressure and meet timelines.
- Comfortable to travel across the country.
